CT Management Group has appointed Senior Associate Amar Singh to lead the company in facilitating business growth in the New Zealand market.
Amar has over 35 years’ experience in local government, private infrastructure, and asset management planning. He has extensive experience in developing policies, strategies and plans, alongside business development, value engineering management, developing contribution plans and capacity development.
He also has extensive experience and technical knowledge in total infrastructure management planning across wide range of industries including: ports; transport; water & wastewater; stormwater; parks; power & gas; IT; fleet; and plant & property. He has a working knowledge of strategic management planning (SMP); project management; programming; risk management; infrastructure valuation; asset registers; and systems needs analysis & implementation.
Amar has qualifications in:

- Master of Engineering (MEng) Field Of Study Civil and infrastructure management – University of Auckland
- BE (Hons) Civil Field Of Study Civil Engineering Grade First Division – BITS Pilani
- Diploma in Integrated Resources planning and Management – American Water Foundation and Central Water Commission
Amar is currently a Panel Staff Assessor for IPENZ and a Technical and Managing Director for ANA. ANA is a multidisciplinary infrastructure management consultancy practice that specialise in the lifecycle management of infrastructure and property assets, covering asset management planning; strategic management; environment management; business management strategy; and life-cycle asset management.
Amar is also a ISO 55001 Certified Asset Management Assessor. In the past 31 years Amar has completed in excess of 350 asset management consultancy projects providing him with a wide range of experience across all asset lifecycle aspects.
