Welcome to FY 2023/24!
We commence FY2023/24 with a significant pipeline of work to complete.
On behalf of the Chairman and Board we say “thank you” for the professionalism of our Associates achieving excellent results.
We acknowledge our reliance on our Associates’ experience and wisdom, which differentiates us from many of our competitors. CT Management Group doesn’t only “deliver a project” we also leave an organisation’s team with greater experience and knowledge.
We currently have:
- 95 active projects.
- 55 active placements.
- 41 Councils subscribed to our products.
- 51 Panel contracts.
- 56% success rate for our tenders, up from 46% last financial year.
- 100% delivery of the National Marketing Plan.
- Business Plan targets largely delivered.
- Pipeline more than 8 months!
The challenge will be to keep up the momentum in FY2023/24 – we are sure together; we will meet this challenge.
Our priorities in 2023/24 are to:
- Continue to develop our Service Management
- Develop our products into web-based format.
- Link Service Planning to Asset Management.
- Introduce new capacity-building programs.
- Continue supporting Councils’ Asset and Contract Management
- Develop a Sustainable Council Program.
- Continue our digital transition.
- Continue providing professional placements for Councils.
Rate capping is impacting renewal investment and operational expenditure in Councils with several Councils in turmoil trying to deal with competing priorities.
Demand for placements is high as Councils struggle to find appropriate candidates to fill vacant positions. Lack of “resources and skills” seems to be a recurring theme from within the sector!
Perhaps we need to introduce the degrees of the past to qualify people and set them on to a career in Local Government?
