New Associates

CT Management Group, Directors and Staff welcome the following new Associates and staff who have joined the company over the past three months.

Justin Hanrahan (VIC) – Project Management

Justin has over 35 years of experience working as a Senior Manager in various strategic and operational positions for State and Local Governments.

Justin has shown leadership in being responsible for planning, redevelopment, and operations affecting Council public parks, sports facilities, street tree and waterway assets. He can think critically on a strategic and operational level and is able to add value to any organisation through his ability to get people to collaborate in the interests of the organisation.

Greg Murnane (VIC) – Condition Assessments

Greg Murnane is a professional who has been in the building supervision industry for over 20 years. His expertise was most recently utilised at Colac Otway Shire, Boutique Homes, Dennis Family Homes, and the Department of Human Services (Housing). However, over the past couple of years, he has been self-employed.

Greg possesses a wide skill set including, but not limited to, preparing quotes, recording type and cost of maintenance/repair work, fitting off on new homes, repairing damaged dwellings, and supervision of Insurance work. Through his work at CT Management Group, he is prepared to take on building supervision.

John Canny (QLD) – Project & Emergency Management

Over the past 25 years, John Canny has been actively involved in senior management positions in private industry, the Not-for-Profit sector, and Local Government. He carries extensive experience in Project Management, Operations, Fleet and Emergency Management. John has a proven track record in leadership, customer service and engaging and consulting with community organisations and individuals. He possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills which has enabled him to develop meaningful and effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of government.

Anne Fitzgerald (NSW) – Fleet Management

Over the last 15 years, Anne Fitzgerald has been enhancing her professional skills in the Fleet and Project Management sector. She carries high level project management and problem-solving skills with a sustained focus developed via the implementation of multiple projects from conception to completion. Anne also possesses strong management and leadership skills by most recently leading a team of three Coordinators with an overall team of over 30 operational staff. This is additionally evidenced by the effective administration of staff during the 2017 flood disaster event.

Nicholas Mostardo (QLD) – Financial Services

Over the past 15 years, Nicholas has been actively involved in Finance and Operations Executive roles in Local Government in the United States. He creatively and passionately executes the public policy initiatives of local government Boards and Councils and is highly proficient in the oversight of vital corporate services.

Nicholas has been a key contributor to the financial strength of communities by developing, executing, and monitoring capital and operating budget plans exceeding $100M AUD per annum. He carries a verifiable track record of implementing operational performance transformation initiatives to reduce government costs without sacrificing service levels.

Tim Brown (VIC) – Project Management

Over the past 20 years, Tim Brown has been actively involved in Project Management and Consulting roles. He specialises in project and operational management, business improvement, procurement, and major contracting. Tim is proficient in strategic planning, scoping, agreeing objectives, budgeting, communications, sourcing and managing resources. Through this, he displays leadership that demonstrates commercial acumen, commitment, stakeholder management, team development and is underpinned by trustworthiness and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Orlando Gibson (VIC) – Business Intelligence & Project Management

Orlando Gibson is a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, with over 30 years of Statutory and Management reporting and data visualisation experience. He worked at IBM/Cognos honing his skills as a Senior Solutions Consultant across diverse environments and is currently a director of a business intelligence consultancy. Orlando demonstrates polished skills that one would expect of a professional consultant operating at senior and executive levels. His skills include providing high level strategic advice to board members and steering committees, as well as providing practical support to implementation teams and senior managers.

Charlie Rose (VIC) – Project Management

Over the past 15 years, Charlie Rose has been actively involved as a Project Management practitioner with a broad range of experience across multiple Government and commercial sectors. He carries high level skills in project and contract management, logistics and supply chain management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.

Charlie has spent most of his career in the prison industry with Department of Justice & Community Safety (DJCS). In his role as Project Manager – Solar Installation Project, he developed the scope of work for the installation of 1.2MW of solar panels across 10 prison sites to a budget of $2.4m. Additionally, Charlie developed an optimum scope of work to defined budgetary and schedule parameters.
