Liz Jeremy (NSW) – Community Services
Liz is an accomplished professional with a rich background in local government, governance, and risk management. With extensive leadership experience spanning diverse roles in both rural and metropolitan settings, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in relationship building, communications, and engagement. Liz holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business, bolstered by specialized certifications in government investigation and statutory compliance. She is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Local Government Professionals (NSW), showcasing her strong network within the government sector.


Mike George (QLD) – Project, Facilities & Asset Management
Mike is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in facility and asset management across diverse sectors including law enforcement, local government, and healthcare. With a strategic mindset and customer-centric approach, he has consistently delivered high quality outcomes while effectively managing key support infrastructure.  Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated proficiency in various facets of facility and asset management, ranging from contract and asset management to facilities maintenance and project management.


Vlad Adamek (VIC) – Project Management
Vlad is an accomplished and versatile management professional with a wealth of experience across various sectors, including local government, construction, and education. With a career spanning over 25 years, Vlad has honed his skills in project management, industry lecturing, and teaching, establishing himself as a trusted leader in his field.  Throughout his career, Vlad has demonstrated a strong aptitude for effective management, from his early roles as a labourer to more senior positions such as clerk of works and operations manager. His journey through the ranks has provided him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the construction industry, allowing him to navigate challenges with ease and deliver successful outcomes on a consistent basis.


John Cunningham (VIC) – Project Management
John is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management, procurement, and contract management, particularly in the fields of forestry, environmental management, and infrastructure development. John has developed a comprehensive understanding of land management practices and environmental stewardship.  As the Director of Jenham Solutions Pty Ltd, John has led numerous successful projects, providing tailored solutions to state government and semi-government land managing authorities.


Daniel Mapleson (VIC) – Project Management (Wind Energy)
Daniel is an accomplished Project Manager with over 22 years of experience in engineering, project management, and construction, specialising in large infrastructure and renewable energy projects. His expertise lies in managing teams and delivering complex projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.  Throughout his career, Daniel has held various roles in renowned companies such as Arup, WestWind Energy, GHD, and Calibre Consulting. His project portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from feasibility studies and design management to construction phase engineering and quality assurance.


Kathy Fulton (VIC) – Financial Management
Kathy is an accomplished finance professional with a career spanning over 30 years, marked by significant contributions across various sectors including manufacturing and local government.  Throughout her career, Kathy has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, effectively managed teams and driving positive outcomes in complex financial environments. Her extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting has been instrumental in facilitating informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Rob Siemensma (VIC) – Project Management
Rob is a highly accomplished Construction Manager with over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a relentless commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality, consistently exceeding expectations. His expertise spans a wide range of construction specialties, including earthworks, pavements, sewer, water, and other infrastructure installations. Rob has successfully managed numerous complex projects, from residential developments to commercial renovations, showcasing his ability to adapt to diverse environments and challenges.


Michael Tudball (VIC) – Project Management, Community Services & Executive
Michael is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning over three decades, encompassing both public and private sector roles. Michael has honed his expertise in strategic planning, governance, and community development. Throughout his career, Michael has held numerous leadership positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and service delivery. As the Managing Director of Tudball Quality Management PL, he has provided consultancy services to a wide range of clients, including government agencies, defense contractors, and private companies, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, financial management, and project management.


Jill Singleton (QLD) – Asset Management
Jill is an accomplished Director and Asset Management Specialist at Iamdata Solutions Pty Ltd, which she founded in September 2017. With over 20 years of expertise in asset management within local government and the private sector, Jill brings a wealth of knowledge in managing infrastructure assets, asset data, and various asset systems. Her extensive experience includes database management, development, and data standards, with proficiency in tools such as SQL Server, SSMS, SSRS, ASP. NET, Visual Studio, C#, HTML, and Power BI. Jill has developed and implemented mobile data collection solutions, customised SQL reports, and desktop dashboards.


Yaser Farag (VIC) – Project Management
Yaser is a highly motivated and ambitious Civil and Structural Engineer with extensive experience in project management spanning over a decade. His career is characterised by a consistent ability to achieve targets, effectively manage teams, and enhance work practices. Yaser’s expertise lies in the planning, direction, and coordination of large-scale civil and structural engineering projects, both in commercial and residential sectors. With a solid foundation in building legislation, regulations, standards, and codes, Yaser possesses advanced knowledge in quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and risk management.


Aileen Douglas (VIC) – Financial Management
Aileen is a seasoned and accomplished CPA with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades across various sectors, including public health, local government, manufacturing, and public practice accounting. With a strong educational background in economics and finance, she has continuously honed her skills and expertise, earning certifications such as CPA Australia and a CPA Public Practice Certificate. In her role as Finance Manager at Grampians Health, Aileen demonstrates her adeptness in financial management, problem-solving, and strategic leadership. She navigated complex challenges, such as integrating disparate general ledger systems and restructuring accounts payable processes, with finesse and efficiency.


Peter Bascomb (NSW) – Community Services, Governance, Project Management & Service Planning
Peter Bascomb is a seasoned leader renowned for his exceptional ability to drive organisational renewal, both financially and culturally. Peter brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career spanning the public sector, consulting, and information technology. He has a proven track record of innovative and collaborative leadership, long-term strategic planning, and effective stakeholder engagement. Since 2001, Peter has held CEO/ General Manager positions at three councils bordering the ACT, where he has navigated complex political environments and spearheaded significant change initiatives.


Lauren Daly (VIC) – Governance
Lauren Daly is a dedicated governance professional with a rich background in the public sector water industry and community health services. Her career began in the public sector, where she honed her skills in quality, risk, and compliance management, legal and contract oversight, and records management. She transitioned to community health to lead similar teams, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to effective governance. Lauren’s approach is characterised by a common-sense, people-focused methodology that ensures governance principles are both understood and practically implemented across all organisational levels.


Andrew Ireland (QLD) – Financial Management & Service Planning
Andrew boasts a distinguished twenty-five-year career in local government, marked by a keen focus on governance excellence and financial stewardship. His extensive experience, ranging from CFO to CEO roles across councils of varying sizes, reflects his deep understanding of legislative frameworks and political dynamics. Andrew has held prestigious roles across Australia, ranging from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Executive Officer, across councils of various sizes. His expertise includes navigating legislative frameworks and political dynamics, bolstered by his integrity and independence.
