CT Management Group directors and staff welcome the following new associates who have joined the CT Management Group over the past 3 months.
Peter Bettess (VIC) – Strategic Planning
Peter joined CT Management Group in January 2022 as an Associate with extensive experience in land use, transport planning and delivering major infrastructure and development projects. Prior to joining CT Management Group Peter was the Director, ARTC Lease Negotiations with the Department of Transport where he was the commercial adviser to the team negotiating a 99-year lease of the interstate and standard gauge rail network to the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC).
Malcolm Lewis (VIC) – Finance (CPA)
Malcolm joined CT Management Group in February 2022 as an Associate having held many senior executive positions in the public and community service sectors. Malcolm successfully operates a consultancy practice that services Local Government and the not for profit sectors.
Mark Goode (NT) – Engineering and Project Management
Mark joined CT Management Group in February 2022 as an Associate having over 30years leadership and management in engineering, project and construction management. Mark has worked in State, Regional and Local Government settings delivering commercial and local government projects.
Peter Dunn (VIC) – Project Management
Peter joined CT Management Group in February 2022 as Project Manager having had extensive senior management experience in project managing large infrastructure projects. Peter also has significant experience in contract tendering, town planning processes and asset inspections, reporting on Asset Maintenance Plans for budget allocations.
Phillip Carruthers (VIC) – General Management
Phillip joined CT Management Group in February 2022 having had significant board and general management experience in the public and private sectors. His roles have involved Governance, Strategy, HR & Organisational Development, Workplace Investigations, Project Management, Legislation, Emergency Management and Risk Management. Phillip also served with the Australian Army in a range of commissioned officer positions to the rank of Major.
Aaron Huttig (VIC) – Contract and Project Management
Aaron joined CT Management Group in March 2022 as an experienced project manager who has worked in senior roles in the local government sector. His skills and experience include Project and Program Management including the delivery of major infrastructure projects along with experience in, Business Case Development, Contract Management, Capital Works Planning, Asset Management, Data Modelling, Service Planning, Emergency Management and Operational Management.
Ian joined CT Management Group in March 2022. Ian is a professional Engineer who has over 40 years of experience in a number of rural and larger Victorian Councils. He has held positions at General Manager and Executive Management Team levels including Engineering Services, Compliance, Infrastructure and Works.
