New Associates

CT Management Group, Directors and Staff welcome the following new Associates and staff who have joined the company over the past three months.

Craig Morrow (VIC) – Project Management

Craig has over 30 years’ experience in the Project and Business Management field working in the Public and Private sector. In the local government sector this has included being Coordinator Operational Services, responsible for managing several areas within council’s works depot including civil road works, capital works, building and facilities maintenance, bridge maintenance, parks and gardens, workshop/maintenance, and gravel pit management.

In the public sector working with Australian Rail Track Corporation as Area Manager, Craig managed around 550 kilometres of rail, with a staff of around 20 employees. This role included managing a remote depot in Ararat as well as a satellite depot in Dimboola.

Richard Russell (VIC) – Project Management

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering, waste management, project and contract management and flood recovery infrastructure restoration. This has been developed through working in municipal public works in rural and expanding municipalities combined with five years’ experience in design and project management in consulting engineering.

Richard has formal qualifications in civil engineering, arts and management.

Kyle Pearson (VIC) – Project Management and Asset Management

Kyle is a qualified project management professional with experience on the client and builder side. Over the past 15 years, Kyle has developed his vast knowledge of project management frameworks, with the ability to adapt delivery techniques to project conditions, ensuring positive project cost, program and quality outcomes are always achieved. His project management career spans Local and State Governments, as well as the private sector across Tier 2 builders and design firms. Kyle’s experience ensures he holds a broad, extensive knowledge from all aspects of construction project management.

David Richardson (VIC) – Project Management

Over the last 30 years, David Richardson has been actively involved in Project and Asset Management services. The last 22 years being with Casey City Council developing his skill set in engineering and management. This includes but is not limited to the operational management of infrastructure assets including road systems, paths, drainage system, parks, trees and building assets valued at $3.5 Billion; Waste Management; Stormwater Management; Environment; Traffic Management; Asset Management; Design and the delivery of Capital programs valued at $20mill p.a.

Simon Rennie (VIC) – Financial Services

Over the last 25 years, Simon Rennie has been actively involved in Financial Management, Governance and Service Planning services. He is a highly qualified and accomplished financial Associate who is a collaborative, innovative and a grounded leader. Simon’s expertise includes a strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to oversee a wide range of business plans, strategies, and projects. Additionally, he is equipped with a firm governance background in complying with and understanding relevant legislation.

Ruwan Jayarathne (VIC) – Asset Management

Over the last 15 years, Ruwan Jayarathne has been actively involved in Asset Management and Service Planning services. In both local government and the water industry, he has had experience in asset management policy, strategy and plan development, process improvements, and a variety of asset management systems. Alongside this, Ruwan can undertake asset data structure enhancements and asset revaluations. He also has a newfound interest in services and processes that revolve around the service planning sector.

Malcolm France (NSW) – Project Management

Malcolm France is a well-qualified, motivated and results-driven Civil Engineer, Project Manager & Manager.  He has wide-ranging experience in designing and implementing drainage, water, sewer, flood mitigation & strategic land use projects both locally and regionally.  He is well-versed in management responsibility of housing sub‐divisions, preparation of documentation, and liaising with relevant local authorities, road construction, pipelines & council infrastructure.  He has broad experience and is well-considered in Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) issues and these are paramount in all projects that Mal has been associated with.
