We farewelled our outgoing Chairman in December and thanked Jeff for his leadership and contribution over 11 years. Quite a term of engagement with the company. Jeff was always helpful and really enjoyed his time with CT.
I hope to meet expectations of the team as the Executive Chairman and our focus will be to continue to provide Councils and clients with excellent service.
Our reputation is built on the quality of the work we deliver, which in the main, is due to the considerable dedication and expertise of our Associates. In 15 years at CT Management Group, I can only recall one or two complaints regarding Associate performance, and they were minor in nature. So well done to our Associates – your wisdom and expertise creates a positive reputation in the market!
We are looking at ways to increase our connection with our Associates and there will be more to come on that in future editions.
We welcome our new Executive Director Glenn Patterson to the Board. Glenn is the CEO of Casey City Council, one of the largest and fastest growing Councils in Victoria and brings over 35 years’ experience and networks to the company. We look forward to working closely with Glenn.
We are pleased to see Jarrod Bryant take on the role of Principal Sport Recreation and community consultation which will see us grow into these professional areas of Council. Jarrod has a keen interest in the service areas and suitable experience and background. We wish him well!
We are progressing to formal accreditation of our Quality Assurance system – the dedication of Alicia to this task will see us get the formal tick of approval by June 30 this year.
Additionally, our mid-year performance report shows most indicators on target and our Business Plan is tracking well.
Finally referring prospective Associates and business opportunities not only supports our clients but also contributes to our collective success. I would like to personally thank those who continue to assist by sharing contacts and opportunities as this leads to more work for all.
