New Talent, New Roles – Stronger Future

Kerrie Procko – Executive Director | Chief Operating Officer

We are delighted to share some exciting updates as we continue to grow and evolve in alignment with our strategic goals and strengthen our capabilities across the organisation.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to two new members of our team:

Esther Roper, has joined us in the role of National Business Relationship Manager. With a strong background in marketing and brand growth strategies, Esther will play a key role in strengthening our national presence by driving brand awareness and cultivating strategic relationships.

Nathan Simpfendorfer
, has also joined us as our new Administrative Assistant. Nathan will be providing vital support across multiple business areas including assisting Associate management and tendering to ensure our daily operations are supported and continue to run smoothly. Nathan’s enthusiasm and keen attention to detail are already making a positive impact.

In addition to these new appointments, we would like to acknowledge a recent internal restructure that supports our continued focus on national project delivery.

Alf Della Monica
has been appointed to the role of National Project Manager, recognising the valuable contributions he has made to our Victorian project outcomes and his strong leadership capabilities. Alf will now be overseeing our national project portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across all engagements.

These changes reflect our commitment to building a high-performing team that is responsive to our clients’ and Associate needs and aligned to our strategic direction.

Please join us in congratulating Esther, Nathan and Alf on their new roles. We are excited about what lies ahead and confident these appointments will help us deliver even greater value to the local government and not for profit sectors.
