CT Management Group RAP
Following the launch of our RAP in November 2019 the implementation of actions under the plan have commenced.
As a member of the RAP community, CT Management Group joined over 1000 dedicated corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations that have formally committed to reconciliation through the RAP program since its inception in 2006.
CT Management Group Chairman, Jeff Kennett AC said “the RAP was developed by CT Management Group to extend and deepen our relationship with the broader Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within the regions we engage and undertake projects.”
A key action in the plan is to “conduct a review of cultural learning needs within our organisation”. As part of this we would like associates to inform us of your thoughts on what should be on our agenda for future information or learnings in regard to working with our Indigenous communities.
