Alanna Kavanagh – Projects Administrator
As Projects Administrator, Alanna supports the delivery of all company tender submissions and projects from inception to completion. Alanna is also involved in the development of company Quality Assurance processes including policies and procedures, and the company IMS (Integrated Management System).
Highly organised, creative, and methodical, Alanna comes to CT with a strong background in project and bid environments. Specialty experience including all aspects of submissions, expressions of interest, and the creation and execution of Marketing collateral. Onsite experience at various projects including the David Jones Bourke Street Redevelopment and the Chisholm Road Prison Project.
Rebecca Bobby – Administration Officer
As our Administration Officer, Rebecca provides support to team members and assists in all areas when needed. She takes care of the administration side of CT Management Group ensuring the workplace is running efficiently and effectively.
Rebecca has recently completed a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and aims to commence a Master of Management in 2023. With previous experience in medical reception and interning in human resources, Rebecca comes to us with an immensely organised and structured mindset. She carries a systematic approach when completing her assigned duties and even takes the initiative to think one step ahead.
Caitlin Kirby – National Placements Manager (elect)
Caitlin joined CT Management Group in February 2023.
Over a 15-year career that has spanned international borders and numerous industry verticals, Cait has become an expert at supporting clients all over the world with achieving their sales, marketing, talent acquisition and performance targets.
Cait is a high achieving professional who balances commercial acumen with a human approach. She is a deeply strategic thinker, very commercially aware and can balance multiple opinions and personalities with ease because her singular focus will always be what is in the best interest of her client.
Cait is a proud dual citizen of Canada and Australia – which means her love for footy runs as deep as her love for ice hockey! Cait also has a passion for travelling off the beaten path, seeking out the best soy flat white in town, and striking up a conversation with anyone (and everyone)! There is simply no denying it, she is a connector, a natural people person and someone who is genuinely invested in helping those around her meet their personal and professional goals.
