CT Management Group will again support Headspace during its Geelong and District Fundraiser in May 2019.
Headspace began in 2006 to address the critical gap of providing tailored and holistic mental health support to 12-25-year olds. With a focus on early intervention, Headspace works with young people to provide support at a crucial time in their lives – to help get them back on track and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health in the future.
Headspace services can be accessed from any of its 100 plus Centres located in most capital and regional cities.

Our Chairman opened the Day by launching a new brand for the company which he believed indicated the “trust “ he felt the new brand embodied between CTMG, its staff, clients and Associates. “I strongly believe our brand is reflected in our reputation that has been developed by the expertise, competency, dedication and consistency of our Associate team.”
Major Project – Southern Grampians Flood Recovery
Managing Director, Michael Courtney and Regional Manager Vic/Tas, Malcolm McKenzie took time out recently when visiting Western Victoria, to catch up with the team delivering Flood Recovery Work at Southern Grampians.
The 7-strong team of Associates lead by our Associate, Paula Gardiner are delivering $35m in recovery works following the March 2017 floods. It was a great opportunity to catch up with the team and find out more about the challenges of the project and get to know some of our newer Associates. Also included was some of our Associates working on the Hindmarsh flood recovery project.
Graduate Placement Experience – Deakin University
Ben Cram will graduate from Deakin University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Ben is currently working as a placement with CT Management Group under the supervision of Associate Adam Lehmann.
Ben is engaged on a FAST Asset Management Project at Golden Plains Shire and is part of CT Management Group’s strategy of linking with Deakin University to enable placement and workplace experience.
Another one of our Deakin University placements Included in the team at Southern Grampians, is Ryan Bedggood. Ryan is quickly learning some of the finer points of project management and contractor supervision; valuable skills he will take with him as he goes on to graduate with his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 2019.
Graham Jarvis – Associate, recently appointed Regional Manager Queensland
Graham has recently accepted the appointment of Regional Manager, Queensland and will commence with CT Management Group late January 2019 working 3 days a week from his home base in Mackay, Queensland.
Graham is a public-sector executive with fourteen years’ experience with the Queensland State Government and five years in local government.
Graham is a certified CPA, has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Public Health and is a past executive Director of the Whitsunday Regional Council.
In his new role Graham will support Owen Harvey (Executive Director) in:
Researching and developing new clientele in Queensland Assist in managing Associates and teams in placements and projects Contribute to the development of CTMG’s products Implement the requirements of the Qld Regional Marketing PlanGraham has a personal conviction and commitment to innovation and business change.
