NSW Asset Management

CT Management have been successful in obtaining a large volume of Asset Management work in NSW of late. We have been delivering Asset Management Plans, Strategies, Policies and AMCap reviews for Narrabri Shire Council, Gwydir Shire Council, and Murray River Council. This has been in addition to delivering numerous Asset Condition Assessment projects throughout the state.

With several proposals under consideration currently we will no doubt have more work in this space in the coming months. Given many Councils are updating their strategic documents following the 2021 NSW Local Government elections we expect further work to flow through during the course of the year. This represents a great opportunity for our Associates to obtain work to support the needs of our clients.

NSW Floods

The February/March rain fall on the east coast has had a devastating impact on many communities throughout NSW and our thoughts go out to all of those that have been affected. CT Management Group Associates witnessed the impacts of flooding first hand while conducting asset condition assessments for Hawkesbury City Council. The project demonstrated the need for our Associates to be mindful of the conditions in which they are working and to ensure that they remain safe in the face of rapidly changing conditions.

NSW Local Government  Professionals Conference

CT Management attended the NSW Local Government Finance Professionals conference on 9/10/11 March 2022 in the Hunter Valley.

As a conference sponsor we appreciated the opportunity to support such a worthwhile event and chat to the many Local Government Finance Professionals about their current projects and challenges. Conference attendance is also an opportunity for our company to keep updated with innovation and announcements from within the Local Government sector. We look forward to further supporting this event in the future and working with our NSW clients to assist with their financial and service needs.
