He has held senior finance and advisory roles across sectors including local government and education, leading major budget planning efforts and identifying over $2 million in cost savings through strategic reviews that enhanced financial sustainability and efficiency.
Donna has demonstrated significant expertise in managing large budgets and long-term financial planning across various sectors, including health, local government, and land development.
Richard Page
Richard Page is an experienced strategic operations and asset management leader with over 15 years of experience across local and state government, public land management, and emergency response. With a background in geology and advanced qualifications in GIS and remote sensing, Richard has built a career at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and decision-making. His work spans complex asset portfolios, digital transformation initiatives, and critical incident operations, all underpinned by a strong focus on public value and risk mitigation.
Lucas Nutbean
Lucas is an experienced project manager with a strong track record delivering high-value, high-risk construction and infrastructure projects ranging from $100K to $175 million. He specialises in end-to-end project delivery, financial oversight, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder collaboration. Lucas has consistently delivered complex initiatives on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, even in challenging project environments. His proactive approach to risk management, value optimisation, and stakeholder engagement enables him to add immediate value to any organisation.
Gerard Coutts
Gerard brings extensive, hands-on experience in building, design, and project management, underpinned by his status as a Fellow of the Institute of Project Management and Certified Practising Project Director. Gerard is recognised for his innovative approach to land use planning, design, and development, consistently challenging conventional thinking to shape future-focused communities. Gerard has a strong background in land assembly, aggregation, and development feasibility, with a deep understanding of both private and government sector needs. His firm continues to lead a range of strategic land use and planning initiatives across Australia, supporting regional growth, infrastructure-driven development, and international market entry.
Dylan Hesselberg
Dylan Hesselberg is a highly experienced PMO and program delivery professional with more than 20 years’ expertise spanning infrastructure, health, government, and not-for-profit sectors. He has led the establishment of enterprise level Project Management Offices, managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, and delivered complex programs that have shaped major public assets and services. Dylan is recognised for combining technical engineering expertise with strategic program leadership, building organisational capability, and ensuring projects consistently achieve strong outcomes for stakeholders and communities.
Greg Anders
Greg Anders is a highly experienced Civil Engineer and senior local government professional with over 40 years of service across ten diverse Victorian municipalities. For three decades, he held executive-level roles overseeing a wide range of functions, including infrastructure, town planning, environmental and sustainability initiatives, major projects, contract and asset management, and customer services. Known for his results-driven approach and strong track record of achievement, Greg brings deep expertise and leadership to consultancy services in local government and related sectors. He currently leads Greg Anders Consulting, delivering comprehensive project management services across multiple disciplines.
