1.    We value your contribution to CT Management Group; what drew you to becoming a consultant?

Since becoming a civil engineer focusing heavily on project management, I have always aspired to be a problem solver with a reputation for getting things done. Consulting provides opportunities for exposure and to get involved with a wide variety of different work, organisations and people. Consulting also provides an opportunity to find a better balance between work and life interests.

Q & A – Associate Aaron Huttig

In this Newsletter addition we feature Associate Aaron Huttig and learn a little more about his life’s journey.  Thank you for your contribution, Aaron.

We value your contribution to CT Management Group; what drew you to becoming a consultant? It’s the first question and I’m already reaching for cliches – for the flexibility.  Like a lot of people, Covid was a great time to reflect on many issues, but one of them was my career and what I wanted out of it.  I got married at the end of 2019 and my wife moved from the USA to Australia.  We had planned to do a lot of travelling around SE Asia and Oceania during 2020, we only got as far as New Zealand that January.

Q & A – Associate Mark Goode

We value your contribution to CT Management Group; what drew you to becoming a consultant? I had worked in civil design and the emergency services. Later I joined local government. While in local government, CT Management helped out with experienced officers when we had talent gaps. Year later when I was self employed, I felt comfortable touching base with CT Management, to see if there were opportunities to work together.
